The Motorola MT2000 is a smart handheld mobile terminal that is equipped with the intelligence of a mobile computer but its simplicity and hybrid, ergonomic gun style makes it as easy to use as a scanner. It is a highly flexible device suitable for multiple applications especially scan intensive business processes requiring streamlining. Thus it is suitable for warehousing, retail, manufacturing, hospital and other applications. It comes in multiple deployment modes of wireless, corded, batch or cordless functioning. Thus enables it to meet various business needs. Its integrated 802.11-b/g real time direct connectivity makes it easy to use anywhere. Its Bluetooth connectivity enables cordless scanning from a distance of up to 300 ft. The MT2000 series is capable of advanced data capture with its choice of a 1D laser scanner or a 2D imager. The series provides quick returns of investment while reducing the total cost of ownership since it nullifies the need for additional gadgets.
