The Route Printer Series is a rugged portable dot matrix printer that can survive tough environments from the cab of trucks to remote service areas where printing needs have to be met. The RP 2000 comes with an intelligent cradle that not only charges batteries but also permits communication between the terminal and the printer. Its battery life gets extended by the sleep mode that the printer stays in, when not in use, and “wakes up” when a printing request is received. Flash memory permits easy upgrades since printer fonts and the operating system are stored in it.

The RP Series can use nay language and any international character set can be added as well. This makes it a practical solution for the future too.
