The Honeywell Quick Check 8000 (QC800) barcode verifiers have been constructed for the primary purpose of testing and analyzing barcode quality to match it to the quality parameters specified by the ISO/IEC guidelines for the quality of barcode print. The QC 800 is very fast and efficient in testing the format and dimensions of barcodes to check whether or not they qualify. Thus it checks for average bar divisions, encoding, wide to narrow ratios and decodability as per ISO/IEC specifications. It also enables traditional tests and ISO/IEC dimensional, format and reflectance tests with the use of mouse or pen wands.
